I’m having a strange issue with my ELEMNT BOLT v3.
I finished an activity and I can still see it on the device, but it never synced to the Wahoo app. I connected the BOLT to both Windows and Mac to look for the .fit file manually, but the activity doesn’t show up
I also tried unpairing the device and reinstalling the app, but nothing changed.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Is there any way to recover the activity or force the device to export it?
Any help would be appreciated.
@Maria_Luisa_Claro That happens to me every now and then. Exiting the app and restarting and/or turning the device off and on seems to get the workout to sync with the app. If you continue having trouble reach out to Wahoo support.

Thanks! I already tried all of that — closing the app, deleting and reinstalling it, turning the device off and on, and even re-pairing it from scratch, but nothing has worked so far.
Any other tips?
I also reached out to Wahoo Support but haven’t heard back yet.
Is there any way to access the activity file directly from the device?
@Maria_Luisa_Claro There used to be but I think privacy regulations may have forced a change of that access.
Definitely connect with support then if you can’t resolve yourself.
Generally what happens for me is upon restarting the app it will say connecting with the device and updating recent activity. Not sure why that wouldn’t happen for you.
I did exactly that, but the sync keeps failing — probably because the activity is very large (it was an 800 km ride, many thousands of data points).
I’m still waiting for support, but so far nothing works.
