Monday and Tuesday, I struggled. Too fatigued, stopped workouts for a couple of days.
Recharger today just the job.
Only thing, next week supposed to be recovery.
So what will I do?

Listen to your body, if you need more recovery, do that.
If I continue into rest week, I will be too rested!
