Whether or not we are forced out of this space, the Sufferlandrian in us is strong ![]()
Need a bit of help please. Which TOS poster featured a volcano, the Pain-Honor-Glory “street sign” and if I remember correctly, a group of riders in the foreground? I know I have it saved somewhere but apparently I saved it too good as I can’t seem to find it.
@Glen.Coutts this is the one, Sir. Thank you. You wouldn’t by chance have a nice, clear and clean photo of it would you?
Not any more. I auctioned off the lot of them, twice, for DPF in the before times aka back when we could make posts of our own in the forum ![]()
@Glen.Coutts Ok. Was this the Tour that featured Kitchen Sink on the last stage?
Indeed. KS was introduced to the nation in October 2017
Thank you, Sir. I was thinking this was the first TOS with the Kitchen Sink for a stage. Thank you @Glen.Coutts
@Rupert If I may make a suggestion for the SUFDAY 2025 badge, Kitchen Sink was introduced to the Nation in October of 2017 (Thank you Sir @Glen.Coutts) and was first featured as a Stage in the 2018 TOS. Below is a photo of the poster for the 2018 TOS. May I suggest that the badge for SUFDAY 2025 resemble the color(s) of 2018 TOS poster with the volcano, the street sign and the group of riders? You could replace The “Tour of Sufferlandria” header with SUFDAY 2025 and remove the tour stages section. Another option would be to remove the TOS header and put SUFDAY 2025 where the tour stages are listed. Just an idea.
This weekend is SUF Day 2025!
Come celebrate the national holiday for the Greatest Mythical Nation with all of your fellow Sufferlandrians!
Ride KITCHEN SINK or complete 3 or more hours of riding in the SYSTM app this weekend* to earn the SUF DAY 2025 badge. * (Sufferlandrian Time Zones apply)
This is the last time you can ride the original version of Kitchen Sink before it is remastered. You can also join in with many other fellow citizens and knights by recording your workout in SYSTM while riding along in the Knight Ride
Or ride on your own.
No matter how you choose to celebrate SUF Day, remember, The Uncomfortable Have Nothing to Fear

I’m in.
Hopefully I don’t have too bad a case of Lazy Legs. (Lazy Mountain is known to cause people to walk funny for days due to DOMs. I’m unexpectedly hiking it tomorrow).

I’m gutted. I have this in my calendar but after last weeks lie down whilst mountain biking I don’t think my elbow will allow 3 hours in the saddle. Good news is it turns out it’s not fractured so hopefully recovery won’t be too long, but I still don’t have much use of my right arm yet.
Reminder for this weekend, the badge will unlock after 3hours of riding so be sure to see Kitchen Sink all the way through to the end!
The 3 hours can be continuous or broken down throughout the weekend, as long as you ride 3 hours total on SYSTM over the course of Saturday-Sunday you will earn the badge.
Happy Riding, GVA will be watching…
Ouch, I have yet to do KS. That means I have to take this opportunity, or forever rest in pieces….?
I presume this starts when it is Saturday somewhere in the world.

YES!!! TUHNTF
If National Sufferlandrian Day 2025 is October 25, it could be October 24 as well in some places. For example in New York City, October 25 Sufferlandrian Standard Time starts at October 24 at 6 AM EDT and extends until October 26 at 7 AM EDT.
I don’t have the legs, the patience, or a hard enough butt for a single 3-hour trainer session right now, so I plan to do the SUFtober workouts this weekend. I’ll split them over the two days, about 2 hours each day.
This might be a good alternative for others who find themselves in similar condition.
