Do we know if the badge will be awarded for 3 hours of activity, like last year iirc, or is this only for Kitchen Sink (aka Cramporama)?

edit: not that I’m committing to either

Added to my SYSTM calendar, with anticipation and dread! Someone thought creating that mash-up was a good idea.

That’s a good question. @Rupert can clarify the badge qualifications.

I think that would be a good idea (at the time)

Do “Half the Road" twice and be reminded how ASO and the UCI don’t listen or change easily

The badge will look something like this:

The achievement is set for 3hours of riding on the weekend of 25-26 October. The tradition is to do the 3hrs back to back hence Kitchen Sink but as long as you complete 3 hours over the weekend (and with Sufferlandrian timings this stretches to Friday evening and Monday morning).

October is also the SUFtober monthly challenge with 4 workouts to complete throughout the month so you could always incorporate some/all of those in one foul swoop on SUF National Day if you didn’t want to do Kitchen Sink (can’t think of nay reason why you wouldn’t).

Ummmm….

You have to commit.

You must commit.

GvA said so.

And so did the Nation.

And you sure wouldn’t let GvA or Nation down, would you?

It’s taken me a while to get there but I’ve been ignoring GvA for quite a while now, Sir @Eric :man_shrugging:t3:

I’ve got more unfinished plans, and badges yet to be acquired than anyone I know :collision:

I even sign my correspondence like this:

Sir Glen, LTDN* since 2018

Nit-picks and typos:

One fell swoop. Although, in the case of Kitchen Sink, foul probably fits just as well :stuck_out_tongue:

Hmm. You’re saying you’re winning the unfinished plans and badges competition?!?! So I’m even losing at losing?

But aren’t you the 10,000 days of yoga in a row guy?
