Hi all, I have just purchased a kickr core. When I go onto the setup page, it asks me how many speed 8,9,10 etc. My Shimano casette has only 7 cogs, so not sure what to do. Can anyone advise me?

According to their support site you’ll need a 4.5 mm spacer

Also, if it came preinstalled with a cassette, usually an 11 speed, you’ll need to uninstall it and put on a new 7 speed cassette with that 4.5mm spacer.
Edit: you’ll also need to make sure the bike frame itself is compatible
