Hi all, does anyone know if you can download the mental toughness dialogues so that you can export them to an external device? I travel to races a bit and it would be great if you could listen to them on the way as a psyche up. Thanks

Great to hear you are using the mental toughness programme! You can’t export the dialogue but if you have an iPhone, you can download the Sufferfest app onto that and then download the mental toughness sessions to listen to
