Element not downloading maps

Hi. I have an element roam Anna trying to download the Italy map. I’ve connected my roam to a Wi-Fi and select the map from my iPhone. But, after more than an hour the map won’t download. Has anyone any ideas?

FYI. I’ve connected my iPhone to the Wi-Fi and downloaded an apple move in 10mins. So a 700mb file shouldn’t be an issue.

Yes. I had to reset the wahoo and then sit in an Italian McDonald’s for over 2 hours to download the map.
