Hello ! My element bolt 3 got stuck in the bike loading screen, i tried rebooting a few times didn’t work, i found out the conbination for factory reset using buttons, performed a factory reset but now i get “errror: install failed” and goes to charging screen … what can i do about this pls, my unit is a week old, so new.
