I have an Elemnt Roam 2, and use the Elemnt Companion App. As of two days ago, everything worked perfectly, but all of a sudden, every time I press “pick a planned workout,” the app crashes. The workouts are still showing up on my head unit though. I’ve deleted the app, and reinstalled it from the Apple Store, but it still happens. Is this a recent bug? How can it be fixed? Any thoughts? Thank you!
this has been happening to me for nearly 6 months. currently at a coffee shop midride frantically trying to load my workout. unbelievable.
I got it fixed…for now, anyway. Last time, I deleted the app by just removing it from iphone. To get it to work, I deleted the app from the app itself, then reinstalled it from the apple store. It worked.
