I hae been using a different training platform for a while & i am happy to dive into everything SYSTM has to offer.
I want to hear about your favorite features or any tips you have for making the most out of the platform. Are there specific workouts or training plans you swear by??
I am interested in incorporating more structured workouts into my routine for endurance training. If there are any hidden gems in SYSTM that can help with that please share with me.

What I find unique to SYSTM is their combination of 4DP and humor to help motivate you during the workouts.
There’s some lore involved as well, entertaining, about nation called Sufferlandria, where effort is rewarded and Couchlandrian tendencies are shunned.
Many have found the name off-putting, but it’s all in fun, and merely intended to encourage you to keep going to finish the workout. To adopt a mindset that refuses to quit. Lower the intensity if you must but finish the workouts.
That said my favorite workouts are:
- Half is easy
- Revolver
- Getting away with it
- To get to the other side
After getting a feel for the platform, do the half Monty, Full Frontal fitness plan. This helps dial in your workouts.
On Location - great for taking cycling vacations from the discomfort of your own home. These are scenic, informative but not necessarily easy.
Pro Rides - fun but brutal, or doubly fun if brutalizing yourself is fun for you.
Inspiration - for recovery
Novid - just workouts, supply your own entertainment.
