My subscription ends in a week and I officially cancelled my renewal. I go back a bit, to the Sufferfest days when I purchased a gym subscription for the community center I worked at. Once I left there I joined personally, and completed my Knighthood.
I could not have imagined back then that any company would neuter the great Sufferfest library and show such distain for the community it is supposed to serve. But that is where we are and thus, it is time to move on.
To this community, let me say thank you with all my heart. You have been supportive, gracious with your time, with kindness and patience beyond all measure. I will miss you.
Godspeed, Sir Stuart. See you out there in the mist (of Agonia) swept roads of Sufferlandria. We’ll look for you in the shadow of Mt Sufferlandria, the flurries of lava snow, and the reflections in the Great Lactic Acid Sea.
How many people will it take to leave (including me) for them to realise that they have dropped some serious “clangers” over the years, the forum being the straw that broke the camels back. They are still not listening, they are still calling us Wa*****gans and even offering a reduced subscription rate has not worked. The spiral of death has started and unless they backtrack i’m afraid it will be the end.
