Feature request - strength assessment

SYSTM team, consider including an assessment video for strength training, sort of like 4DP, to help people choose which strength level to start with.

It could be super low tech: it could lead you through certain exercises (e.g., do a squat holding a broom above your head and see if you can do it without your heels rising, or, see how many single leg squats you can do before your form starts to break down), give us a way to score ourselves, put the score into the app, and it spits out, “we recommend you start with Strength Level X”
