I am wondering if there is a “mapping” from the old Beginner/Intermediate #A/#B workouts to the new full body strength workouts in SYSTM? I’d like to say I tried to figure this out, but I haven’t. So for example, can someone tell me which new strength workouts I want to use if I am in the middle of doing a few weeks of Intermediate 3A/3B? Is there a mapping, or were things re-organized to a further degree than that? Probably there is a forum post coming on this if I had to guess…
