Ok, did this one today after ISLAGIATT… the side to side squat thing was extremely difficult to do. Anyone else? I gave up and attempted crow pose a few times. I do have some scar tissue in my left ankle from an old BMX flatland related ankle sprain. Might be a factor.

I’ve been struggling with cramps in my left big toe + foot + ankle since doing this video.
Forgot to mention that I strained it in March prepping for a 1/2 marathon. Haven’t been running much since then (time off to heal, starting running in August - slowly, stopped again in September)
Any ideas?
