GCN Power Torque naming / training effect

Completed the GCN Power Torque workout and the name had me expecting a very different session. With the target cadence at 100rpm it didn’t fell all that “torque”-y; I would have assumed with that title the targets would be more like ~60-70rpm for a GOAT-like session.

I’m not a WKO / TP user so I haven’t tried to pull up this session in a quadrant chart, but again from my experience it didn’t feel like a targeted force/torque type session. Am I missing something on the training effect of these short but high-cadence intervals?

Yeah, I agree. I was expecting, actually, something more like revolver.

Today was the first day I did this ride and I feel like I was cheated. The Efforts were nowhere near as challenging as the 2 dudes on the video were making them out to be. I would prefer Revolver over this for intervals.
