TrainingPeaks also has one that’s very easy to use, which I’ve used a lot. It might be premium though.
Yes, you just drag a completed session from the calendar to the library and it creates a workout for you based on the intervals as seen by intervals.icu
Here’s what was auto-generated from my recent attempt at The Bat:
As you can see it’s missed the ending efforts of the second and third blocks so I would need to tweak that a little either in the session itself or the workout editor. Only a few seconds work to tidy it up!
@Leebo I did use Training Peaks once, but I’m not sure if it’s premium. I think it might be?
@Glen.Coutts @Johnk This is fantastic. Thank you! Being able to drag in a previous workout to modify is great. I have a few custom workouts in Z^^^t that I made. But I want to be able to do them without running them from Z^^^t. So taking those finished workouts and importing them into intervals.icu, cleaning them up, and then importing them into RGT would be great, and I can stop paying for Z^^^t (which I’ve currently paused, but not cancelled).
The TrainerDay free tier can also be used to create workouts, import workouts, and store them. You can then export or push over to TrainingPeaks (including the free one). If RGT is connected to TrainingPeaks then tada the workout appears.
Maybe, but not a total minority. I enjoyed them as well.
No judgment. Some people enjoy Defender and Hell Hath No Fury
Yeah but those people are nuts!
I resemble that comment!
Why does it seem like us minorities are always being left out in the cold?
I suppose it comes down to money Sir
As does everything.
I’m not gonna charge anything for answering your question . 100% free.
LOL
Like the idea, followed the instructions (and found intervals.icu is great, BTW), but the file I created and emailed to RGT is blank - the ride is there, but there is no interactivity. Just pedal away at the same power (v. low) and no change in resistance etc. Dunno, maybe I’ll have to try again, but gathering up the will is proving difficult.
