Help with subscription please!

Hopefully this will make sense… I recently subscribed for another 12 months using a discount code emailed to me. I couple of days ago I received an email saying my rolling subscription payment will automatically be taken when it expires on October 16th, which made me panic thinking payment would be taken twice so I cancelled the rolling subscription in the belief my yearly upgrade would still be live. My profile is now saying my subscription is ending full stop on the 16th and I can’t now access the discounted price. I just want to subscribe for the next 12 months for £120 before I’m locked out! I submitted a ticket several days ago but haven’t heard anything back. What can I do?!

Contact support directly. They will be able to get you sorted out.

Not sure how I do this. The live chat is currently down and I’ve already submitted a request?

They’re only open on week days and are on US east coast so likely need to wait until they’re back in the office.

Following this post. I took advantage of same offer and today received email saying I would be automatically charged for new subscription :grimacing: I hope this doesn’t get messy :exploding_head:
