I may have missed this in other posts but I have received my discount offer of a year subscription last week. It’s only valid for 30 days but my current annual subscription runs till end January. If I renew on the discount do I lose the remaining 2 months on my current subscription? It says I have to cancel the other subscription and use the discount option to start a new one?

@henryd so when I received my discounted offer my subscription had a few months left before it expired. I asked this same question of Wahoo and they told me if I sign up to the discounted offer, my payment would be taken when my current subscription expires, and I would get the full 12 months subscription from that date, so no you should not lose anything. I signed up when I got the offer, my current subscription ends in November so I’m hoping that is what will happen 
I hope I have explained that clearly and feel free to check with Wahoo if you need to

That’s ok, and one thing I didn’t say is I had cancelled my annual subscription when the re-mastering of the SUF videos kicked off and it had a few months to run. But, as I had paid for a year my subscription just carries on until the expiry date in November, so maybe cancel your current subscription, if you have paid for the year and then take advantage of the offer, it might make for a smooth transition, well that’s what im hoping for anyway, good luck,

Personally, I find that offer for an annual subscription to be less than a bargain.
Also, the automatic translation of the website into German is not-so-good. Would be better to either use deepl to really translate it or to leave it in English.
