How to browse workouts outside of the app?

It is primarily my knees disabling me from doing screaming toe pose, Schlatters has left me with some prominent “double knees”, making STP painful in the knees before my toes get the chance to scream.

Allright @Heretic, next time I’ll write “gasping with heavy breath to rid my body of by-products from anaerobic physical loads”. A bit more cumbersome, but defo worth it to be technically correct :wink:
