Import old activities from Garmin to wahoo

I let my subscription lapse for a bit last year, and have a blank check of about a month in my history as a result. Wasn’t an issue, except with the new metrics feature, I would now like to load them all in, as I think it is impacting my fitness score now so throwing my data out. I can download all the fit files to my pc from Garmin for that period, but can’t get the wahoo app on my pc to do an upload. I have the wahoo app on my phone, but the Garmin app doesn’t have et the fit file down load suggestion. Any ideas?

I have found a way to do it one at a time, by using Garmin connect on my phone’s browser rather than the app. Any ideas for a quicker solution most welcome.

Hi @sir_james.p do you use Strava ? And if so is your Wahoo and Strava linked ? You could try although again it’s 1 at a time import all your rides onto Strava and then they should automatically sync across to wahoo not sure if that’s any quicker than what your doing though, shoulda said that is through the fit file upload on the pc should work pretty instantly

I do but unlinked them for a while, so have a gap of a few weeks, and can’t get that to sync. Think I’ll have to do it one by one. Shouldn’t take too long. Thanks.

Wahoo can also sync with intervals.icu. Intervals can suck in your old activities from Garmin or Strava.

Don’t know if it back loads into Wahoo, but might work.

Dame @Helga , I have now manually uploaded all the fit files for the activities that weren’t previously synced. Each activity has fitness metrics and a DTL, however the trend graphs for fitness and fatigue are not refreshing. Can you help?

Dame @Helga. I realised a ticket was probably the best way to sort this do have raised one with customer support.
