Activity from wahoo to garmin connect

How does one export/import an activity FROM wahoo system or wahoo fitness TO Garmin Connect??? Thx very much in advance!!

you can share to Garmin from the authorized apps tab in SYSTM

…to get there, in iOS, tap the “…More” button on the bottom of the screen, then tap “Settings” then choose the “Authorized Apps” tab at the top of that screen.

Edit: also, WELCOME to the forums @james_c1!
Edit 2: afaik, you can’t do that within the Wahoo Fitness App atm.

So I’ve added garmin on my systm app. Will it send to garmin connect all workouts that are showing in system calendar, even those that are imported from my Roam GPS or only the systm workouts I do?

Im only using a garmin forrunner to record my running w/o sending them to strava. They dont show in systm calendar (is there a way of showing them there?) but im liking to see the overall fitness analized in garmin connect but that app is not getting info on all the other bike outdoor and systm w/o including my strenght and w/o.

Only the SYSTM workouts I believe. My wahoo headunitbrecorded wrokouts do notngonto my Garmin Connect.

Dont think there is a way to import Garmin workouts into Wahoo/SYSTM either

I believe it is as @DameLisa suggests. Only SYSTM workouts will be uploaded to Garmin.

Correct, only SYSTM workout to GC. You can dual record your rides with your Forerunner?

Dual record? How?
My device is not top notch. Just a forrunner 55.

It should be possible to connect your sensors to your FR55 as well as SYSTM, and then start your watch at the same time as you run the SYSTM video.

I do this all the time with my FR920. I find that connecting the sensors as ANT+ devices to the watch is a necessity.

Hi all
I too was frustrated that all my outdoor rides on element bolt were not taken into account by Garmin connect to calculate my fitness progression and training load.
I have now paired my bikes’ power meter with my forerunner 945 and record my rides with the watch as well.
With this workaround Garmin connect seems to properly record and use all ride data (for training load, fitness level etc).

this is at the moment the best option
