Wahoo Kickr Core Noise?

Hi all, just got a used kickr core and its making a weird noise when turning. Is that a normal sound or something to worry about?

That’s not a normal sound.

Edit: It sounds like a bearing issue that others have had.

Lastly, though your unit is used, it may help to contact Support and seek their input

Is there a bicycle installed? If so, look for frame interference. I found my 2022 Diverge required the 12 speed adapter to clear. Otherwise, it sounds like worn out bearings.
