Well I decided to splash out on the Kickr Headwind and I have to say it’s amazing! I know it’s just a fan but I feel personally it’s money well spent. I can now crawl out my pain chamber instead of having to doggy paddle out through the sweat!

I advocate for anything that improves the miserable experience of riding a trainer. It doesn’t have to be practical or even functional. Heck, I hung some artwork in my cave and that helps.

Link it to your heartrate monitor and it will turn itself on and off as you put on your monitor then autoadjust fan speed to parallel your effort. I love mine as much as my rocker plate.
