Not 100% on my order yet but definitely starting with Attacker after ending with Defender today. I did the mash ups so that I could get a feel for as many workouts as possible at reduced intensity. Contrary to what most people say I preferred the longer, steadier efforts and had no problem with Defender 4hrs in. Revolver after 3hrs did start to bite though!

I did all of my videos at 70%. It felt too easy at first, but it was just bearable towards the end. Maybe start with 70 and increase later if you really feel super strong?
I’ll start at 75 and if I have to reduce in the last few I will. I did today on tired legs for 5hrs. So it’s possible (I think) I can do 8hrs on fresh legs next week.
No, I was just pulling your chain. GOAT is a nice change of pace at #9, but by the time I was to #9 I was just head down and finish. Honestly I might just put Omnium earlier, rather than have to take on the kilo when you’re barely past the (Sufferlandrian) half-way mark.
