As you might be able to tell, I love the low cadence efforts in “climbing” videos, so I tried to select a heavy dose of those. I’ve also chosen quite a few of the shortest eligible videos, just to increase my chances of success a bit. I’ve been going through the KOS prep plan, and so far, okay (though I did get a bit sidetracked with nutrition yesterday in the five-video day of the plan).

But anyway, your suffering menu looks unpleasantly pleasant.
I noticed Angels at number #7, hopefully you won’t be ruing the day after having visited the angels or the other way around.
It’s good to hear that you are going through with the KoS Prep Plan and whatever you do, remember to reinforce your mental strength too as the entire Quest is pretty much a mental challenge other than being a physical challenge.
All right! The day is almost here! I’m excited (and a little nervous) about what I’m going to do tomorrow! I’m hoping to start by around 5:30 or 6 AM local time (US Mountain Daylight Time, UTC-6), which will mean finishing by somewhere around 3:30 PM, allowing up to 90 minutes total for 10-minute breaks between sessions. I have set an eight-minute timer that I will kick off at the end of each video. I have multiple sets of clothes, including socks to change three to five times during the day. I have a bunch of various nutrition (skratch chews, Lara bars, even pure maple syrup) and hydration (skratch mix). I have lots of water ready in the nearby refrigerator, and plenty of chamois cream! I’ve even prepared a couple of peanut butter and jam sandwiches if that sounds appetizing later on.
I use a KICKR v5, a KICKR Climb, a cheap fan hooked to a z-wave switch outlet I can turn on and off from my phone, a windows PC, and a Velocity Rockers brand rocker plate. I’ve downloaded my 10 videos in case of internet hiccups, both to the PC and to a backup iPad.
I’ve also messed around with my order that I presented in this forum a couple of weeks ago. I’ve considered going by decreasing TSS, or by decreasing time, or a couple of other possibilities. I’m also thinking about just going with the order the videos happen to show in my SYSTM calendar, though I can’t figure out how that’s determined. It’s not the order I loaded them in. It’s not alphabetical, or by anything else I can think of. So maybe just the randomness of that order will work! I’ll make the final decision on that in the morning, but here is the order appearing in my calendar:
