This plan isnāt for the faint hearted, is it?!
I swear that if there was a Knighthood quest plan when I was planning my Knighthood Iād have either DNFād or, on the day that has 5 in a row scheduled, Iād have just carried on for 5 more. The idea of doing 5 SUF vids in a row is nearly as daunting as doing 10.
Iām guessing GvA wanted Sir @JSampson to experience ALL THE SUFFERING.

That said, I stuck w the Century plan for 12 weeks and had a great result, soā¦science.
It was November 2019 and I was doing a self created plan for my first vEveresting, on Alpe du Zwift. A full vEverest is 8.5 times up (and down).
Training day 1 rep another day 2 reps, another day 3 reps. and so on. Not very sciency, 
On the day I scheduled 4 reps I figured what the heII, if I feel okay after 4 reps Iām just gonna keep going. 9 reps later, 
Iām in the Hall of Fame.

Whatās the worst that could happen?
As I remember most of the rides I did in the prep plan were at 100%, and only the ones which were dialed down were the 5 consecutive rides on one Saturday which were already preset by the coaches.
For the most part, on the long weekend rides, I do try to simulate the 10 minutes break for kit changes after an hourās worth of cycling to get the hang of the all-too-short break.
And thatās how I got my knighthood a fews before originally planned. I didnāt want to get āhalf wayā twice and crap out on the second try that actually counted.

Well, i did my original KOS attempt on the planned day becauseā¦ wellā¦ my family (note: 2 young kids and a very tired mom) was not prepared for me to be unavailable for the rest of that day. Plus, the ālowerā percentages in the KOS training plan for the 5 videos in one day? Well, letās just say they are all right around 90%. Good luck finishing your knighthood with all 10 videos at 90%!
But Iāve just been reading through this thread. How did I miss it before today! This is totally epic. And I love the deep dive history! Well researched! If you make it through the valley of GvA then this is will definitely be a much-deserved knighthood.

I love the paint job btw. It has a slight retro feel to it, a little La Vie Claire in style but not colours, but at the same time looks really contemporary. Love it.

Maybe through Winter. You should be able to mount some aggressive patterned tires that bike. It was designed for CX so it can handle some 'interesting conditions.
I had the crazy idea to go back and do the first 9 ToS since 2022 was my first. I do have a spreadsheet with all 10 ToS included if there is some way for me to share it.
