Maybe a dumb question but is there any reason to not, or reason to, do a high cadence drill and a low cadence drill, in either order, back to back? Just curious.

Elements of Style does mix low and high cadences in the same workout. During G.O.A.T 90 rpm does seem like high cadence by comparison. In Standing Starts you do go from 0 to high cadence and high effort.
I am scheduled to do Tempo Increasing Cadence: 6 x 2 later in the week, and that seems to mix them as well.
The thing that I would look out for, is leg fatigue. I would not do any other workouts that day. The coaches did mention having several hours elapse between strength and cadence workouts. The same might apply here.
