In the mental training program, they keep refering to a book or manual I should use. However this manual or book is nowhere to be found in the app?

I can find the training book no problem, but whenever I fill out the fillable PDF, it doesn’t save correctly. The training session says to download it, but I only see a save as button. Am I doing this wrong? I’d like to have a fillable version for portability and the sake of saving paper, but will print if this is what I need to do. I just want to make sure I’m not missing anything. Thanks!
I am pretty sure you have to download. However you can likely use 3rd party software to upload the PDF and then annotate and save it to the cloud so you can access it remotely.
