I’ve only been using Wahoo Systm since the beginning of the year and I love it, so much that I cancelled my zwift subscription.
My question is regarding the added Mental training plan that I added with this training block, I just noticed that it started in chapter, #2, then “Establishing the Goal Setting Habit” and then the next mental workout is #11 (The successful training Habit) then it goes to #4, #7, #6, #5 and #8 is that normal?
