My watch stuck on the warming up screen, after trying to include it in Strava. I want to know if anyone knows how to solve this situation, as it doesn’t open the home screen and I can’t reset it.
@Daniel_Arruda Does it have a charge and did you try putting it in the charger? Did you hold the power button (upper left) down for 15 seconds?
If that doesn’t work reach out to support.

Eu já fiz isso e continua sem funcionar. Entrei em contato com o suporte e eles falaram que não poderiam me enviar outro produto. Simplesmente acabei perdendo o relógio, pois travou na tela de aquecimento.
I had the same problem as my Watch was totally out of power and as I put on the charger just blinking “warming up” tryed several chargers,
I solved it when I tryed a large powerbank and it started charging when I hit 10% I turned it on no problem.
