My SYSTM app on PC is VERY SLOW to open or to finish workouts

Again, it sounds like a network issue for all three where SYSTM is trying to connect to a server. I wish I could provide a solution to this.
It would be best to put in a support request and state as much detail as you can.

Thanks for the reply, @JSampson to confirm similar issues.
What’s puzzling to me is that I did not have any of these issues for most of the time I’ve used SYSTM, (not quite at 2 years yet.) If it is an outdated player, I hope they do address that.

I can’t be certain exactly when it started, but several months now.
I haven’t reached out directly to support yet about this issue, I don’t think.

I was hoping the more thorough uninstall and reinstall according to directions provided by @anon44544457 would fix it, but it made no difference, sad to say. Was worth a try for sure, and helpful to have a guide to doing that, regardless.

Hmm. I don’t have to do the forced closed route, (but may have tried that when this first began; then learned that it eventually does come up and then “work.”)
I’m on Windows 11, all updates done, etc. But I have to admit, it sounds very similar in most respects to your experience. I hope I connect to a Minion that knows a fix! :slight_smile:

Sometimes I only ride indoors once in a blue moon… But SYSTM is consistent in doing these 3 things ALL the time, in my case. More than a little frustrating, and I wonder how long I would put up with this if it were a different app…
