NEW IN SYSTM: CALENDAR DRAG and DROP! If you want to move scheduled workouts on your SYSTM calendar, now all you have to do is tap/click and hold the workout and drag it to another day. Simple! (But if you need more instruction, have a watch of the video over on FB if you have an account there).
You may have to log-out/close/open/log-in if it isn’t working for you.
Finally, a good step in the right direction. Hopefully you’ll be able to select multiple exercises and/or be able to push the training schedule back a certain # of days in the near future.
