We’ve all experienced them - Little things in the videos that don’t really make a difference to the overall experience, and are only noticed by a fraction of sharp-eyed Sufferlandrians, … but they’re there. You could say that the minions have had an on-again/off-again relationship with spell-check …

Correction needed In the MAP: Progression 5: 3 Sets 14 x 30/15 NoVid During the rest intervals @ roughly 24:00 and 40:30 into the session, “A few more seconds…” shows, but there was still 2:15 remaining in the rest interval each time.

Who Dares 18.30 (ish) the text superimposed is two sentences (As the race continues… …focus on) - but the sentences are separated by a full stop. Also the what’s ahead box at the beginning says 6min recovery between efforts… come on Minions, it’s only five!

Time to update this list  there is no “Norway” in The Sufferfest Channel since it’s a Pro-ride now Local Hero has been sent to Castle Sufferlandria for KoS access only The Hunted is also KoS only now Elements of Style is no longer in The Sufferfest Channel (though it should be  …

Thanks for flagging these, updates below: Who dares sentence and 5min recovery corrected KICKR climb compatible workouts. We are working on this with Ellisa. ‘NM Progression 3: 3 Sets 3 x 10’ RPE updated ‘start of your strength’ link updated Yoga renaming adjusted in text (not video)
