Time to update this list :pray:

  • there is no “Norway” in The Sufferfest Channel since it’s a Pro-ride now
  • Local Hero has been sent to Castle Sufferlandria for KoS access only
  • The Hunted is also KoS only now
  • Elements of Style is no longer in The Sufferfest Channel (though it should be :slight_smile: )
  • The new Who Dares has climb integration
  • I think there may be others :man_shrugging:

Funny! I opened a Wahoo support ticket yesterday to ask that they update this very same page, and listed the same things (forgot EoS though)… Great minds…?

In the NM Progression 3, the final cool down has an RPE of 0/10. This does not seem correct.

The description of the newly-renamed Hip Openers (formerly Hip Openers 2) yoga session is self-referential in a way which is odd but not necessarily incorrect since all yoga sessions become easier with repetition. The title also shows as Hip Openers 2 in the calendar, at least after completion…

On a whim, I checked NM Progression 5 and it has the same problem. You might want to check the entire series.

Rupert, is there any effort planned to restore more to the end of Primers? The abrupt end of the remastered version right after the third sprint is strange. Please add something after that sprint to make it as long as the previous version. Thank you

Do As You’re Told - clearly this isn’t perfectly symmetrical sets, but several intervals have a different time than what’s superimposed on the screen, which is somewhat confusing!

Eg Set 1 interval 8 says 40s but is 50
Set 2 Interval 1 says 10 but is 15, interval 11 says 25 but is 28s

May be worth checking all of these?

In No Vids, theres Endurance 1.5 and Endurance + which are the same thing.

For whatever difference it makes, their workout patterns are not identical.

The other is BABAB
Not sure what difference that makes when there is only 5% difference between an A and a B but you’re spot on!

The Tour prep plan included an Inspiration workout known as “Aspirations of the Pamirs.” This inspiration video was retired from SYSTM back in February of 2023, nearly two years ago. Seems like an error that a plan can be created with a now non-existent routine! Thanks

When I clicked on that activity it gave me a web link to a 2021 story on the DPF site about a person (a Parkinsons patient) who is heavily involved in DPF fundraising and the Tour of Sufferlandria.
