UAE pro ride 2, HR target in the recovery section is Z0 (0-220).
We intentionally leave out the HR and cadence targets for the ProRides workouts.
Thanks Cody - I get that (and I like it), hence it was odd to see it as a target just in the recovery section at the end when it wasn’t there for the rest of the workout. And it was Z0 (0-220) rather than a correct Z1

I see what you meant now, thanks! We don’t have an HR target entered in there. This is just how it displays when we don’t have one in place, from what I can tell.
If it gets over 220 then I’ve either fallen off the trainer or Matthieu Van Der Poel has just whizzed past 

In the “The tool shed (mash up)” workout blurb.
First paragraph there are multiple underscores in the text and “T he shovel” is part italic, part not italic.

When toggling speed on in the Display settings, it covers the interval remaining time area. (Yes, I like knowing how much longer I have to suffer….). Is there display adjustments needed for an iPad to correct this or is this an app issue?
I’m not aware of a way to solve the problem, except to turn off some of the display metrics so the bottom row is narrower. I usually ride with just three metrics displayed: heart rate (which I generally ignore, but I like visual evidence that I’m alive), power and cadence. SYSTM keeps track of the rest so I can see them post workout if I care.
Thanks @AkaPete. I don’t normally have them all on but I wondered just this time, “how fast am I really going”? Then I still see that I’m not as fast as the pros. 
When you are, go pro!! I’m not even as fast as the amateurs, although I’m faster on SYSTM’s measure than on my local, hilly roads.
Neither. It’s one of those “known about but not going to be fixed for now” things. They switched speed to off by default to kinda hide the issue. Of course being a Windows/Android user I also have to say “it’s an iPad” issue ![]()
Is it possible to get back the functionality of being able to move the metrics boxes to the top of the screen? At the bottom of the screen where they are now typically hides the names of the fine ladies and gents who are currently whipping me into submission and it would be handy to know who I should be cursing at. Also, I’m not good with names and curious who I’m riding with seeing that most if the race footage put the name/number of the rider up.
Not sure if this was mentioned. but The Tool Shed video is out of sync 1-2s.

“Neal Henderson 2: Rabbit Mountain” 2nd last shovel like interval at 35:58 he says “20 seconds at your 5 Minute power” but it is 95% of your 1 minute power.
In “I. Boswell 6: Spikes” 14:26 & 29:01 Ian is doing ~380 watts in the recovery part of the video. I hope for me that’s not his recovery pace… He’s doing the same watts in the Interval.
Also “4: Race Winning Efforts” 40:42 432 Watts in Recovery
“I. Boswell 3: Strength Endurance” 59:03 500 Watts in Recovery
Ian mentions in “I. Boswell 3: Strength Endurance” at 1:00:26 you should do at least 10 min recovery after the ride. But in the video you only get 5. Since it’s the week with Ian he should win with his 10 Minute recovery.
“Core focus 3” the calendar lists 21 min. In the workout description 20 min is stated. The real duration is 20:38. You should round everywhere the same (Windows 10, App 7.13.1).
Full body 13: narrator states “intermediate session 3 b” while on screen text writes Full Body Strength 12 which is both wrong ![]()
All Purpose Road Plan in the last week is “Recovery Session B” listed. Shouldn’t it be named Recovery 2? In Strength all other A and B naming is also gone. But there is also Swim Focus A and B and swimming has some A B and C Workouts…
I mentioned that one before: “Positive Self Talk” 13:24 “If you you find that you don’t say anything” one less you.

The workout profile that is in the photo uploaded to Strava for Mini Blender doesn’t match the workout (looks more like the profile for It Seemed Like Thin Air)
