With the NoVid MAP: 3 x 2, the opening statement is:
Welcome to MAP 3 x 3. Had to check the intervals beforehand to make sure it was ‘only’ 2 minutes … that’s a relief

On Location, Bavaria: Overjoch. Subtitles are automatically on and no option within settings to remove them on PC. Other On Location (eg Gran Caneria) vids do not suffer from this. It is particularly irritating as the subtitles don’t even reflect what Mike is saying some of the time (up, up, up being an example).

I noticed in the notes for each MAP Progression it states that by the 5th Progression you will be up to 3 sets of 12 each. It is 3 sets of 14 each. Ask me how I know

In the “Micro Intervals: 2 Sets Pyramid of Power” No-vid training, the countdown to the main set is incorrect.
It says you have 1 minute to get ready, when in fact it is 2 minutes

Just noticed a minor grammatical error in Recharger today. At about 19:40, the speech bubble reads “…I’ve ran out of power.” Should read “I’ve run out of power.”

I don’t mind “I’ve ran out of power” in this context. Grammatically incorrect? Probably. Possibly. At least, formally. But, is it understood? Don’t many of us say things now and again that are generally understood but not necessarily formally correct, grammatically? Reminds me of when UK speakers say “I was sat there”
But hey, I’m not a botanist.
