@Rupert. Thought you had fixed this grammatical error in Recharger?
There’s a minor glitch in the Full Body 6 resistance training video. When the workout has finished, the video cycles back to the beginning rather than ending. Fortunately, if you end the workout manually, the workout calendar seems to recognize that you actually finished the complete workout.
Is the incline really supposed to be 60% in the new version of Who Dares? Seems a bit unusual…l I generally see 4-8% for my Wahoo Bike 2 in the SYSTM workouts.
Not gonna clear much lactate on a 60% incline!
Haha!! Too funny. Work harder I guess!
It did get my weight off my hands! I about slid off my seat. I felt like my bike was en pointe, or like I was balancing on a rearing horse! I had no idea it could tip that far up
Hopefully they don’t fix it! There’s also another vid somewhere that suddenly shoots up to 25% unexpectedly. I always mean to say something but always forget. I’ve got the Kickr Climb and have experienced the terror.
I think IRL the highest grade I ever tried to ride was a short climb in California that reached about 20% and it was truly difficult to stay on the bike. 60% requires scrambling on hands and knees and leaving the bike behind!
When I read this I nearly spit out my pain shake!
Just did that workout a couple days ago too. Noticed the same. Definitely like to feel the KICKR Bike do its thing, (even though it only goes up to 20%)… But that 60% section hung in there a long time. Definitely worthy of a “Nit-Pick!”
Is this the fabled steep approach to the summit of Mount Sufferlandria?
shhhhh!!
That’s the last three minutes of To Get To The Other Side with Mike Cotty
Sir Standsalot, the quitter!
At 24m45s in the new Who Dare’s, there’s a couple of typos in the text:
- Looks like a double space in “… get up…”
- K missing in “break”
Thanks for flagging these:
-
Incline and typos have been addressed on Who Dares
-
Ending of Cadence builds has been updated
-
Full Body 6 has been adjusted
Typo in strength workouts with Inchworm From Plank.
Affects at least Dynamic Focus 2 and Posterior Chain Focus 2 (perhaps more)
And a rogue apostrophe!
Ha ha ha ha - bloomin’ typical ain’t it
Who Dares 18.30 (ish) the text superimposed is two sentences (As the race continues… …focus on) - but the sentences are separated by a full stop.
Also the what’s ahead box at the beginning says 6min recovery between efforts… come on Minions, it’s only five!
