In Sub-Threshold Variable Cadence 2x12, we are told at the very end of the first 12-minute block that the 50 rpm cadence will last until the end of the block.
That would be useful at the beginning of the 50 rpm stretch (around 10:00 into the block), not 5 seconds or so from the end.

I rode Hell Hath No Fury this evening and noticed a couple of bits that could be corrected. First up, during GvA’s interview (34 mins or so), “wildebeest” is misspelt. Secondly, are we riding the Tour of Agonia or the Tour of Sufferlandria? The beginning of the story says the former, the end says the latter.
Which HHNF are you referring to: Reboot or OG? (The OG is for Knights only if that helps.)
