At about 22 minutes into Kayabike there’s a step up in workout intensity but the sound effect is the “slow down” tire squeal.

Yesterday I did There Is No Try for the first time. I’m writing this now because I had to go and lie down before I could function. Awesome session.
In the middle, 8 minute set (with the video fo Brad doing what Brad does on a TT bike), the target power steps up every 2 mins. In ERG mode however, the 3rd 2-minute period is accompanied by a “Ride At Threshold” and the final 2mins is “Just Above Threshold”.
BUT, the app is setting my target watts for the 3rd 2mins set at 5% below my FTP and for the final 2mins AT my FTP. Maybe I’m missing something but I expected “At Threshold” to be at FTP?

My daughter has just started riding along to the videos with me and she noticed that my Z1 heart rate target is 0-116bpm. She was a little concerned that the bottom end of that range might be a bit unhealthy for those without a defibrillator handy.

On sprint/threshold/sprint 2x7, on the first MAP interval of the 2nd set (around 25:30), there is no cadence target. Then that target pops in during that interval.
GCN Aerobic Endurance…The actual power targets for the 1st and 2nd sets are identical, but the 1st set is 7 RPE (correct) and the 2nd set in 8 RPE (not correct).
