Power zones

Hi All,

Relatively new to the world of indoor cycling training. Loving it so far. Wondering where I can find the workout analysis data after I complete a workout. Specifically, power zones and heart rate zones for the duration of the workout. I can see some of this data on people’s Strava logs but that’s probably a premium subscription feature only.
Does SUF offer that data somewhere or do I need to get Strava premium for that?

You could have a look at https://intervals.icu/, which can link to Strava and pull workouts from there for analysis.

intervals.icu (which is great for analysis yes) can also now be used without strava if you prefer for some reason, via direct upload of fit files
