Relatively new to the world of indoor cycling training. Loving it so far. Wondering where I can find the workout analysis data after I complete a workout. Specifically, power zones and heart rate zones for the duration of the workout. I can see some of this data on people’s Strava logs but that’s probably a premium subscription feature only.
Does SUF offer that data somewhere or do I need to get Strava premium for that?
