Prep for tour of Sufferlandria for triathletes

I see the Tour of Sufferlandria has a prep course. This prep course is mainly focus on Cycling but there is a lot of triathletes that use this event to prepare for the upcoming season. Is it possible to create or alter the prep plan with running and swimming activities? In some of my training programs I use swimming as a way to recover and flush out lactic acid. As for running, are use it as a speed increaser and for no weight bearing endurance. Thanks
