All this Suffering has lead to my quads getting shorter and shorter which in turn has lead to knee issues.
Please can we have a dedicated session for stretching quads?

@Christine-B Have you tried the Bomb Your Quads yoga session? There is also a session for hamstring and calf flexibility.

Yes! I’ve tried both those …but it’s stretching out the quads that I desperately need. I’ve ‘bombed’ them too much
