After months of training to get back to some sort of fitness after a dose of Covid. I’ve now had a saecond dose, not as bad as the first but still stopped my cycling for over three weeks.
How would i start to being my cycling recovery and taking in mind ive done nothing, nothing for three weeks.
Ive be left with a bit of a cough which im told is the lugs clearing remnants of mucous. So i think im ready to start throwing my leg over the bike.
