RipRow experience

Hey Guys,

I just ordered the RipRow to help in my mountain biking. I was wondering if any other Sufferlandrians use the RipRow. And, how do you use it in Sufferlandria (before/after the workout, stop the video during a rest interval and hammer out some RipRowing, on days off the trainer…).

I haven’t ever used one, however from what it seems to be the purpose core strengthening, I’d use it as a complement of strength training sessions on your training plan
