Is it possible to search Systm for rides specific to sustained weakness or neuromuscular etc.? If so, how?!!
Welcome to the forums @Dave_Jackson! If you go to the library, you can choose either cycling or any of the channels (Sufferfest, GCN etc) then click the arrow by Filter and you can then sort by FTP (ie sustained) or NM

Cheers Glen, Hadn’t tried that on my Android phone and it works fine so no biggy now as I can narrow down my search to find a workout prior to training. However the 4DP option isn’t there on my laptop (windows) which is what I actually use when training.
It took me a few tries to replicate the screen you pictured on my PC. Instead of clicking Library > Sufferfest > Filters, try Library > Cycling > Filters. You can still narrow to just Sufferfest workouts if you want (it’s one of the filter options), but you’ll also be able to select 4DP focus.

Roger, because in the new app they separated out “tests” as it’s own chapter - outside of Sufferfest. Not really sure why. Good catch @AkaPete.
So, I would say that not being able to sort by 4DP Focus once you’ve selected a channel (ie Sufferfest, ProRides, GCN etc) is an oversight. I see absolutely no reason why it shouldn’t be there. If it’s an option under the Cycling Category, it should also be an option under all the Cycling Channels too. The minions need to hear about this

I am creating my own training routine for Yoga. Is there a way to keep the selected filter so I don’t have to go back to the library, select yoga, select filter and select Beginner after adding a workout to the calendar. I remember Sufferfest finally got the filters to stay and had an option to remove and change them once you set a filter.

Hey @dsill and welcome to the forums! As @AkaPete says, no, at least not atm. I think the minions are aware that creating your own custom plan is awkward to say the least given how you have to go back to step 1 each time you’ve selected and scheduled a workout (regardless of whether it is cycling, yoga, strength etc).
For Yoga, cuz I have been here for a while, I actually made a list of my favourites (as well as a list of ones that I just won’t/can/t do). This way, I can do directly to the library and schedule from there without having to filter them first.
I hope that improvements to scheduling workouts, and the ability to “favourite” a workout is on the list of enhancements to come. One thing I’d really like when it comes to Yoga is to be able to schedule one of the sessions to repeat (daily, every-other-day etc).
Use the back button on your mouse after adding to the calendar. It should take you back to the yoga activity you added. Another back press and you’re back to the search and filters. Doesn’t seem to work on Android, but it does in Win10 anyway.

Got excited. Tried swipe right on my iPhone after adding a workout to my calendar. Boo hoo. Didn’t work.
I was thinking swipe on the trackpad of my MacBook. Still to test.

Test complete. So a double fingered swipe right starting from off the trackpad works like the back button but only on the web app. So, scheduling works better on the web app than the app app. Cool to know.

FYI, I just used the web app to schedule 2 weeks worth of yoga. The swipe right on trackpad feature made this a breeze and much more pleasant than clicking Library > Yoga > Search > enter search parameters etc.
