Strength Training after holidays

Question to the coaches to avoid injuries:

I finished Strength Intermediate 1-3 (3 weeks on - 1 off) on December f1st and since then I haven’t done any strength session (7 weeks off next week).

Should I repeat Intermediate 1-3 before going onto Intermediate 4-6 or can I jump onto Int. 4-6 next week?

How does taking onto strength training now pans out with the Tour of Sufferlandria (is it wise to be following a program at the same time)?
