I haven’t been able to open it. Going to “open → open in new tab” just brings up the same page.

Thank you for sharing. FWIW, chatgpt linked me to an S3 link that works, although I’m not sure that’s supposed to be publicly accessible. I won’t post it here, but I can send it in if it’s helpful.
