Team Scream

Did it this morning in ERG and was fine apart from the very short sprint efforts that were only 10 secs or so where the trainer just caught up as the effort level dropped. It is one of those workouts where halfway through you think you won’t get to the end but you do, just about!!

Exactly! That’s why I love it: super immersive, super hard, but always in reach if you push a bit harder.

Dang, guess I’m in the minority. I really enjoyed TS in level mode. But I think I generally find level mode to be more immersive? Maybe just try it sometime…

I find it so immersive that I don’t want to let my team down at the end. I get higher max heart rate on Team Scream that any other indoor workout except Half Monty.

I find level mode on the trainer kinda weird. But that’s purely personal.

I do just about everything in erg (except the 4dp). I use a Kickr snap (wheel on) and it’s always been good with the changes

Welcome to the forums @Naomi_A! That was my experience with the Snap too! I had a Cyclops (Saris) Magnus that I just couldn’t get on with (wildly inaccurate and inconsistent power readings) but to their credit the company gave me a full refund after a bit of unsuccessful troubleshooting.

One of my favourite workouts, and contains acting worthy of an Oscar.
