TOS in Calendar

Will the TOS stages automatically be included in our calendars?

I added mine manually as it comes up as the TOS plan.

Yes, you need to add it as a plan.

What happens if we kick the workout off in the challenges page “early” so it’s within the window, but not on the day it is in the calendar. Does it still count and get ticked off?

Thanks Lee - I’ve got it now

Likely won’t get ticked off in the calendar itself. But the tracker for the badge will be absolutely fine.

But I’ve actually shuffled each session forward a day (have to change the date of each one) as I always use the window to start sooner. If you do that it will tick the calendar entry as well, but just make sure you don’t start before the window is open!

Yes, I was going to use this as some of the double sessions will be a struggle to fit into my day given other commitments.

Good to know. Thank you.

Yeah that page becomes my bible for the week to make sure I’ve not lost track of what I’m meant to be doing and when

Enjoy the tour!!

Aerobrain, Sneaky - but a good idea.

After 6 previous tours I’ve learned that s£&t happens whether it be something that prevents you riding or feeling genuinely smashed. So I like to have that buffer

Plus I’m impatient and can’t wait to get started

This TOS as far as calendar scheduling will be a non factor for me. I am retired now and pretty much all my events are cycling related. So yeah getting every stage in will be a breeze … a very friendly breeze.

Sir Aerobrain, How do you change the date as you describe? I’m hoping to attempt Nuclear but use the full time window to build in some rest. Can you do it from the App or do you need to be using a computer?

Think I’ve answered my own question. Will try it tomorrow on the Prep Plan session to check. #Newbee

Cool cool  I generally load the Nuclear plan, simply to make it a bit easier to just decide on the day.

Hello.
In my time zone, ToS starts on February 13. Should I manually postpone the tour by 1 day?
best regards
Jack

Jacek,

The rules say there is a 50 hour window to do the challenge.
I think this starts in Kiribati at 00:01 (UTC + 14 hours) and ends in Baker and Howland Islands at 23:59 (UTC - 12 hours).
Simplest thing is to start on 14th in your own time zone - wherever that may be.

Have fun.

Here is the chart, wherever you are in the world as long as you complete the stage within the 50hour window you’re all good!

Should you? That’s up to you. You can do any of the workouts within the window for said workout. When you do it within the window is your call.

I was signed up, paid up, calendared up and ready to go with ToS. Then my better half scheduled a family ski trip next week. Even with the 50 hour window, there’s no way I can get stages 3 and 4 in. Not pleased.

Amazing though that with the 50 hr window I could in theory get 5 of 7 stages done while being away from the 15th-19th.
