We far prefer that you post pictures of you doing the workout. We’re all doing the stages, we all know the route profiles and we all know how the data looks. We’re already proud of you for doing the stage and we really don’t want to see your data. But if you really insist on boring everyone to tears, then go ahead and post your graphs BUT YOU MUST:

That is all. Now go do the Tour however you’re doing it this year and let’s all raise a couple doubloons for DPF
Wasn’t the road to Couchlandria paved with good intentions? No wait, that’s donuts. No wait, there’s no way a Couchlandrian would leave a donut on the ground.
You never mind, Sir Eric. Just get back to your flogging station and let the minions figure out how to clean the road.
Reminds me of the story of two Counlandrians students walking along with a their Couchlandrian professor of efficient donut markets.
One of the students sees a donut on the ground and stoops over to pick it up.
The professor says, don’t bother to pick it up, if it was a real donut, somebody would have picked it up already.
